Our Story
Kelly spent fifteen years working for the NHS in nursing. Working with patients on a daily basis it became very clear that there was a need for foot health treatment as patients were often frustrated by the limited choice or the requirement to visit a clinic.
Kelly started training with SMAE Institute (College of Foot Health Professionals) in Sept 2020 and qualified as a Foot Health Practitioner in 2021. Following this, Kelly then set up 1066 Mobile Foot Clinic and started treating patients in the comfort of their own homes. She has grown her own business locally and has made a real difference to many people's lives.
Having spent over thirty-five years working for BT, Sheldon decided that he wanted to pursue an alternative career path. After seeing Kelly launch 1066 Mobile Foot Clinic he decided to re-train with SMAE Institute as a Foot Health Practitioner. Now fully qualified and insured, Sheldon is now able to join Kelly, and both are looking to help patients and promote good foot health and advice.
